Bircher Muesli 
2 cups rolled oats
200 ml milk
100 ml yoghurt
juice & grated rind of 1 orange
2 tablespoons Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
1 apple, grated
1 banana, sliced (optional)
1/2 cup blueberries (optional)
1/2 cup flaked almonds
1/2 cup sultanas

Mix oats, milk and yoghurt and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 3 hours. Mix
in all other ingredients, adjusting sweetness to taste with extra soft brown sugar and
moistness with extra yoghurt. Bircher muesli should be moist, not runny.

1 cup sour cream = 250g (8oz)
